So you Wanna Play with Magic?

Books, I used to have them everywhere. Iris was a HUGE book fan. That girl read and read and read and read more. She would pick up a book and not put it down till it was done. Like 4 hours later. We stood in line the night that the last HP came out till it was released. She started reading it in the car on the way home. By morning she was done. Now I think the only reading she does Is on the net.

I don’t think you should give up reading. Like ever. Pick up a book now and then learn something. Emerge yourself into a world that is not your own. Use your imagination. Creativity strives on it. In fact, I think that Is what I am going to do right now. Find me something nice to read up lay in bed next to my love and forget the world around me

At least for a half hour till I have to make dinner. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy the sneak peeks into the new Krave event starting in a few weeks. I CAN'T WAIT.

What are we wearing today……..

Heres to new Friends

You know I went to the arcade the other night… I sat on the other sim for like 30 mins hitting the invisible wall trying to get in.  Well me and about 80 others that I could count the other 3 Sims that were in my view. I really only wanted a few things. 

To be fully honest, I was not going in there looking to spend a ton of money because I only had a general idea of what I wanted. Most were commons so hey, if I didn’t get them, I might be able to pull them out in trade. And for the most part I got them quickly thanks to my son Gawd.  He seemed to be a huge good luck charm.I do have a few things I still want and with any luck, I will get them sooner than later.  
Anyways,  After a bit of time hitting the wall the sim crashed… I was very excited because I knew this was my chance. As soon as the building started to rez back in.  I hit the wall and popped in.  OMG I finally made it… However, I had already had gotten what I wanted so. Now that I had made it in I had to spend a bit more because, well I had worked so hard. So a new puppy it would be.   Oh, and then a bear.  They seem to be all the rage.  Iris do you want anything while  I am here… “Yes! Get me one of the zombie things so I can trade” Ok. I walked around for a little while longer  (at least I had spent 5 mins there since I had spent like 30 trying to get in).  I logged off and went to bed.

 Logging back in the next day I forgot I was there…. Wow, it is easy to get in if you log off there.  Grrr spend a little more money because I am there again.  All in all not a bad time I got some cute stuff and had a good time.

Something Old, Something New

Well hello fellow suckers. Today I have come to you feeling like I can take on the world.  Ok, not really, but I did wake up with the intent to blog again, And Look, I did.  I was not sure what I was going to do or anything.  I do love to watch a blog come together.  It didn’t start the way it ended. Nor was this in any way what I started out with as a picture in my head.
 I logged on shopped around a bit I went to a few sales rooms. The attic has some really nice stuff this round and when I got my new hair I knew that was the start of the blog. Next I needed something to wear. Trusty jeans that love and wracked my brain for a shirt. Scoured my invent to see if I had anything that yelled at me OMG this.  No luck. Then I thought back a week ago on yet another shopping trip when I came across something I wanted to get as a gift for someone else. That was my OMG moment, so I went and got it for her and one for me as well. You see she is a true super hero fan. So when I saw this it was a no brainer.
 With that, I set off to look for the finishing touches.

Did Someone say S A L E

There are 3 words in the English language that will make almost any woman on earth drop what they are doing and run. 

Chocolate – face it ladies we have a need to feed.

Love - All together now Awwww.  Yes we all can't get enough of love.

And last but not least the ones that bring us here today. 

Sale – Any good one is a must go.

Today it was brought to my attention by my partner in blogging. That there was a sale starting and I needed to run there now... At first I was like all sales are the same. I don’t have to go now... She sent me the official sale ad.  Let me just say; I ran, she was right. 

Apple May Designs is having a sale.  If you are not aware of what AMD is let me enlighten you. She makes some uber cute stuff. Skins, shapes and stuff to cover them with too.  She has appliers for Lola’s, Phat Azz and AMD's own The Baby Bump.

In rushing over I was amazed to see that I was able to get in so quickly. I guess the word is not really out yet or that place would be packed. So I might get to be one of the first to spill the beans. With a price like the ones at this event. If you are not looking for a makeover today or even this month, it might be a really good time to pick up a few shapes some nice new skins to have as a backup for when you do.  I grabbed a few things for myself and for a few alts… Shhh don’t tell. The skins are rather amazing. The attention to detail they look so soft you almost want to touch them. The shapes are unique and really nice as well.  I could spend tonight telling you about it or I can just show you one of the things I picked up and send you on your way….
