Tomorrow is the big day! The Global Domination hunt starts... and it's Valentine's day. And for all those lonely hearts that are so sorry they don't have a valentine for Valentine's Day, I have a quote for you.

Madea says: "You don't have a valentine on Valentine's Day? Some people don't have mothers on Mother's Day, or a father on Father's Day, so shut up."

Being single isn't the worst thing in the world, and if your priority is having someone to give you something on a V-day, you need to rethink the purpose of being in a relationship. Did you know in Japan it's only women who give chocolates to men as a sign of adoration? And most of them handmake their chocolates. So when you're complaining cause you don't have a man to give you flowers girls over seas are working their asses off to make candy for a guy that they adore. But not always. They also give "obligation chocolates", or Giri-choko, to their male friends, bosses, coworkers and what not. Instead of it being a day for men to show their affection to women it's the women's day to show appreciation for men. Men give gifts (normally not chocolates) to the women that gave them gifts on White Day which is march 14th, one month after Valentine's Day. Of course not all of them make their own chocolate, it's mostly the high school girls, but don't you think that's something really romantic rather than giving store bought boxes of chocolate? Homemade always tastes better (unless bitch can't cook).

Little culture lesson for you. Anyways, this outfit is still using the boots and socks from the last outfit cause they just look so damn good together. The jacket is form Ducknipple, and the undershirt is from journey. It's actually a shirt for men but that doesn't matter. I've also done the shorts before, but like I say, you can always recycle stuff. You can make awesome outfits by mixing and matching. 

I always try to buy stuff that I can use sperately, cause blogging gets expensive always having to buy new stuff. No way just mix it up, I promise there's something cute in your inventory you just have to figure out how to put it together.

After visiting many sims, the savior was found!

Finding props with the poses you have in mind are freaking hard! But after about 2 or 3 hours of searching marketplace and going through stores I found this prop, which wasn't exactly the prop I wanted but the poses worked better than anything else I had found. Once again I am reusing these boots because they are currently my favorite pair of shoes.

I visited a few places today. Okay I went to a lot of places. I went to The Sugar garden, Collabor88, Exposure, Zodiac, back to Collabor88, Marketplace, Pulse Skins, Exile, Collabor88, and on and on and on.  I did a lot of window shopping because when I put these boots on with these garter-ed socks, I knew exactly what I wanted to blog today. Finding it all was not easy. I'd forgotten the name of the dress I wanted and I didn't know what kind of hair I wanted to pair with it, and I was tired of my skin and I didn't want to use a regular pose, and it just took a lot to pull the look for these pics together properly. 

Thankfully, the huds for the Global Domination hunt came out today, and if they hadn't I probably would have taken even longer to find the dress, and this post would have never happened. So, I thank you staff of HCE for releasing your huds today so that I could look at the list of who gave out what gifts at the kiosks for the huds. How did this help me, you're wondering? Well my dears, under the gifts I happened to see the exact dress I was looking for. So I typed in the name of the shop and low and behold; there it was on marketplace! Just waiting for me to pick a vest color and buy it. Which I did. Snicker Snicker.

Like I said, they released the huds for Global Domination which is only 300$L if you buy it before the 14th, if you buy it on the 14th or after it'll cost 400$L. And I know what you're thinking. 400$L for a fucking hud for a hunt? You're just paying for everything. Not quite. This hunt as three grand prizes for the first 3 to finish. So it's kinda like a contest, a battle of wits, a riddle to puzzle your thinker. In other words, it's gonna be a challenge, and if you're willing to pay the price you may just be handsomely rewarded for your brilliance.

The dress comes from Cracked Mirror and comes in different colors. I chose the pink because when it's winter pink is like my favorite color. I'm not sure why during the winter I love it but when it comes summer time I'm ready for that color to die. The pillows are from Glitterati, and yeah I know I could have looked there as one of the first shops, but I don't typically like their stuff and to be honest I'd completely forgotten about that store's existence >.>. Oops.

The hair is by truth, it's at Collabor88 right now. And I kept looking around cause I wasn't sure if I wanted this kind of hair, I really thought I wanted something down and long and curly, but I thought this side ponytail worked better. I really like it outfit, I think it came together really well. Reusing things you find in your inventory helps you save money, and even helps you look more creative. When you mix and match you're less likely to come across someone wearing the same thing as you.

Soooo tired!

I've been checking out photogenic spots listed under the photogenic spots on the destination guide; because I have nothing better to do. And there's a few places there that's actually really great to take pictures at. I took a few pictures and put them on my flickr yesterday. I took them using just regular windlight settings, and if you notice yeah, I had my huds showing >.> sorry about that xD.

This outfit is so cute, it's just something I put together as I just looked through marketplace trying to find inspiration. Then I found this! And I was surprised that it went together so well. Everything is completely rigged mesh, and you know what I love about rigged mesh? It's usually so low script. You can be dressed, look awesome as fuck and have a script count of like 5.

The top does have scripts in it, it's texture change, but it's nothing massive, even with that and my AO on I'm only running 7 scripts. It hails from Razorblade jacket. The skirt comes from corvus, which is a really nice, fairly cheap store. They have cute stuff for like 50$L, and yes, it's mesh. The boots are from Envious, and comes in white for those who has the purity dominating their wardrobe. We all know you're not suppose to wear white after labor day though lol.
